Shipping & Returns


Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will usually be processed within 2 (two) working days and shipping confirmed by way of email notification.  You will receive a waybill or tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

Orders will usually be dispatched within 7 business days from receipt of payment unless your item is on back-order or out of stock.  If the item is out of stock the customer will be notified via email.  Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.  

We always try to exceed the expectations of our customers by providing a superior service. 

Shipments for the Western Cape will be done by FastWay Couriers and will take 1 to 2 days weekdays only. Orders can be tracked on http://www.fastway.co.za/24TrackTrace.html 

Shipments for the rest of South Africa will be done by FedEx and will take 2 to 3 days weekdays only. Orders can be tracked by entering the tracking number on http://fedex.com/Tracking?cntry_code=za&lid=/Track/Track_Number

International shipments will also be done by Fedex and delivery times vary from country to country. 

We reserve the right to send a parcel with an alternative shipping method for any reason but the customer will be notified via email.

NOTE:  All parcels are insured.



Goods may be returned only when damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered. 

Damaged goods must be immediately reported via e-mail to info@wellnessboutique.com within 24 hours of delivery. When the product is received in a damaged condition from the courier it should be clearly noted on the POD (“Proof of Delivery”).

If the goods are not the same as what was ordered it must also be reported via e-mail to info@wellnessboutique.com within 24 hours of delivery.

If the goods have been approved for return, we will notify you and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you or request that you post it back to us.

Should you need to post the Goods to us please only send it to our postal address and you will be credited or refunded for the postage costs incurred, up to a maximum of the current Company Postal Delivery rate is. 

If you are returning Goods via courier or post office please package it carefully so that it does not become damaged en route. Please include the Returns Request Number and a copy of your original invoice with any return.
